La fondation HAÏTI ANTILLES GUYANE, a formulé le projet d’apporter sa contribution à la reconstruction d'HAÏTI en proposant des logements durable en bois.

En bois résineux, issues de forêts gérées durablement et de sources contrôlées, traités classe IV par autoclave, avec produit de traitement non nocif pour l’environnement. Ces bois ont une garantie très élevée de durabilité contre les insectes xylophages et les attaques de champignons.

Ces maisons sont antisismiques et anticycloniques. Ces structures ont été modélisées et calculées par une importante société d’ingénierie implanté dans les Antilles Françaises (www.bieb.fr). Les fondations seront réalisées par un radier en béton armé lissé.

Ces plans sont modulables et évolutifs.

The HAITI ANTILLES GUYANE foundation formulated the project to contribute to the reconstruction of HAITI by offering sustainable wooden housing. Made of coniferous wood, from sustainably managed forests and from controlled sources, class IV autoclave treated, with treatment product which is not harmful to the environment. These woods have a very high guarantee of durability against xylophagous insects and fungal attacks. These houses are earthquake-resistant and high-pressure.

These structures were modeled and calculated by a major engineering company located in the French West Indies (www.bieb.fr). The foundations will be laid by a smoothed reinforced concrete slab.

These plans are modular and scalable.
